Secure ordering
All personal details and credit card numbers are protected using 128 bit encryption and stored on a secure server. Using Pay Pal & Google Checkout to process your payment, you can rest assured that any other party will not use the information you provide.
Debit/Credit cards
We accept Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa & MasterCard debit cards with no extra charges.
Other payment options
There is also an option to pay by Invoice - if you have a credit account with us. Or you could phone the office with your card details or pay by posted cheque (we have to wait until it clears before we can release any goods). You can also pay via Pay Pal.
Order by phone
Please call 01202 715677 and we will be happy to advise on current stock range and process your order.
Order by fax
No access to the internet, no problem, simply call the office to give your card details then fax your order through on 01202 715677.
Tax & VAT
For orders placed from the UK, 17.5% VAT is applicable. Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT.

If you are in the UK and wish to spend less than £140 (excluding vat) on an order, please order via the ‘shopping basket’ on our web site.

Mainland UK (British Isles)
Postage is free on all orders over £25 within England, Scotland, Wales and The Isle of Wight
Northern Ireland & The Isle of Man
Have a £5 postage charge.
Scottish Isles & Isles of Scilly
Have a £5 postage charge.
Internationally (including the Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands).
Postage is charged at cost (calculated after the order has been picked and weighed and a quote from our courier has been obtained) We use Parcelforce who have an excellent cost effective price structure.
Customer service
Any problems at all with late or non-delivery (Royal Mail isn’t infallible) please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone, Email or fax in the first instance. One of our team will be happy to sort out the situation to everyone’s satisfaction.
Returns Policy
If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we will happily replace them within seven days of you receiving them. We will refund your purchase (and the cost of the postage back to us) or give you a credit voucher for the same amount.

Postage Problems?
We ship via, Interlink and for smaller packages by Royal Mail. Should you think that your item has taken longer than expected to arrive, we have the following procedure before replacements/refunds are considered.

* Parcelforce: We can enter into the process of replacement/refund
only after three working days following the date of despatch from our
warehouse
* Royal Mail (Recorded): We can enter into the process of
replacement/refund only after five working days following the date of
despatch from our warehouse
